Old Curiosity, Lavender & Echinacea Gin (39%) – Old Curiosity, Apothecary Rose Gin (39%) – Old Curiosity, Pink Elderflower & Jasmine Gin (39%) Three gins flavoured with produce grown on-site in the Old Curiosity Secret Herb Garden. Although all delicately floral, they are very distinct flavours – herbal lavender & echinacea, sweet apothecary rose and aromatic pink elderflower & jasmine.

Honeyberry Gin
40% ABV
Northern Fox Yorkshire Honeyberry Gin is a delightful and distinctive gin crafted with the unique flavour of Yorkshire honeyberries. These berries, resembling blueberries, offer a taste that is both tart and sweet in equal measures, setting this gin apart from others.
Sibling Original Gin
42% ABV
A Triple Distilled Gin has become renowned for its modern, fresh profile. Subtle notes of fresh citrus and light juniper lead, while distinctive tones of vanilla and blueberry round off some of the sharper fore-flavours and give the gin its characteristic smoothness. Best served with a small slice of orange, a twist of orange peel or blueberries.
Marmalade Gin
40% ABV
This Marmalade Gin is made using Cheshire’s own Mrs Darlington’s, using jars and jars of this both in the copper-pot during distillation, along with buckets of complementary botanicals. Its also made using Weetwood’s own grain spirit ensuring unique character and authenticity.
Cuckoo Signature Gin
43% ABV
Cuckoo Signature Gin is a complex gin. It has a smooth mouth feel to aid those who like to sip. After a slightly sweet, piney juniper start, the flavour then develops into citrus from orange, grapefruit and lemons. Also with a lingering taste of cinnamon spice and liquorice. Our Cuckoo Signature Gin is dry on the finish with a peppery kick from coriander seeds.
Cuckolds Revenge Gin
44% ABV
Shed One Gin's 'Cuckold's Revenge' is bold, aromatic and flavoursome. It is impressively layered, from zesty citrus high notes and juniper to underlying deep spice and hints of liquorice and cardamom, before a lingering and soft finish that sees warming spice notes develop.
Cuckoo Cask Aged Gin
42% ABV
The delicate and brief ageing process adds such a lovely extra dimension to the gins we produce. Our Spiced gin is warming and aromatic to start with, given the addition of black pepper, clove, and ginger, and this really comes to life with hints of char and oak from the barrel.
Bude Sunset Gin
40% ABV
Like much of Cornwall's coastline, Bude is renowned for its spectacular ocean sunsets. The sun appears to pause for a few more precious moments, before dropping below the horizon bathing us in a sea of reds, oranges and pinks. To celebrate this magical time of day we've infused our Cornish Dry Gin with raspberry, rose and cardamom, to create "Cornish Sunset Gin". Pair with your favourite mixer for the perfect sundown drink.
Bude Gin
40% ABV
Bude Gin starts with a base of juniper and fresh citrus botanicals. It is then infused with 9 other botanicals including seaweeds harvested from Cornwall’s rocky shores – kelp and bladderwrack.
Sloe Gin Liqueur
25% ABV
Produced using traditional methods and sloes handpicked from the Raisthorpe Estate for a sophisticated, complex Sloe Gin. There's an exciting bitterness from the fruit which perfectly balances the sweet liqueur.
Esker Honey Spiced Gin
40% ABV
This is a hidden gem in store and falls in the middle of classic and flavoured gins. The subtle sweetness from the honey allows it to be sipped neat quite easily, while the nutmeg and cloves add a wintery edge to the gin. However, don’t be put off by the more wintery feel of this – it’s a staff favourite all year round!
East Yorkshire Gin
40% ABV
Inspired by the Yorkshire coastline with a combination of local botanicals including sea kelp, dandelion, lavender & hawthorne which blends effortlessly with juniper and citrus for a smooth, slightly sweet, floral gin.
Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
38% ABV
Another seasonal flavour that is clearly too good to be enjoyed just in the summer months as it is popular in store all year round! It’s one of the sweeter products in our range and is what we like to offer as an upmarket alternative to “pink gin”
Gin-gerbread Gin Liqueur
20% ABV
A delightfully aromatic gin with juniper, spices & lemon peel is infused with ginger, lime and a touch of gingerbread syrup. An irresistibly moreish tipple with a flavour that's quintessentially Cumbrian!
Cranberry & Clementine Gin
38% ABV
This flavoured gin is distilled by four siblings from molasses-based spirit rather than grain giving a sweetness to start which balances with the sharpness of the hand prepared fruits.
Raspberry Bakewell Gin Liqueur
20% ABV
Following traditional flavours of a Bakewell Tart (no cherries in sight!) this liqueur has a sweet tang of raspberry complemented by soft almond and a warmth of gin.
Cuckoo Spiced Gin

A classic gin with a twist – the spiced botanicals give this gin a warm flavour without being overpowering.
Cuckoo Supernova Gin

This gin is over three years in the making with lots of experimenting in order to create an explosion of flavour without the use of syrups or synthetic flavourings. With three distillations of grapefruit (fresh, dried and homemade oil), pomelo and a dry juniper base this is an incredibly punchy, full flavoured citrus gin.
Lakeland Moon Ramblers Gin
40% ABV
Made with wild juniper berries & elderflower foraged from the Lake District fells, combined with Calabrian bergamot & sweet Sicilian mandarin peel to create a vibrant London Dry Gin.
Berry & Basil Gin Liqueur
25% ABV
Yorkshire raspberries and fresh basil are steeped in Cooper King's award-winning Dry Gin for two months before being lightly sweetened to create a rich and fruity gin liqueur, grounded with notes of basil and warming spice.
Apothecary Rose Gin
39% ABV
This is the perfect drink at the end of a long summer day, or the more common, rainy summer day to brighten your mood! Despite not being the most commonly tasted in store, we encourage customers to give it a go and the majority are pleasantly surprised by the subtle floral flavour.
Damson Gin Liqueur
22% ABV
Summer ripened damsons are grown on the Yorkshire Wolds and steeped in London Gin with sugar for at least 8 months, the result is a smooth fruity gin with a wonderful deep colour.
Apple Caramel Gin
40% ABV
A winning combination that’s very popular in store. Initially very sweet with caramel and fresh apples followed by a slightly dry finish from the juniper.
Rhubarb Crumble Gin
40% ABV
A classic flavour combination it’s not surprising this is one of our best-selling gins! It’s one of the drier flavours as it’s not sweetened which allows the flavour of the gin to shine through the rhubarb & vanilla.
Apple, Cranberry & Blackberry Gin
38% ABV
Sibling classic gin is 100% made from scratch then infused with fresh apples, blackberries & homemade cardamom syrup for a bright, fresh autumnal flavour.
Elderflower & Jasmine Pink Gin
39% ABV
A delicate pink gin flavoured with flowers & herbs grown in the distilleries on-site herb garden. An aromatic and floral flavour which is nicely balanced by dry juniper.

Dormont Spiced Rum
40% ABV
A dry style of spiced rum, Dormont Spiced has an initial sweetness with a mellow fennel-like aniseed initially, followed by the nutmeg and subtle allspice. Some delicate orange notes on the nose, and a peppery finish, classic to Ninefold rums.
Sunshine Rum
35% ABV
Crisp raspberry meets rich, dark honey for a golden summer spirit that’s bursting with raspberry flavour. A mix of home made Lancashire white rum and South American white rum blended and then aged for over six months in ex-bourbon whiskey barrels. This limited-edition spirit is then infused with juicy raspberries and rich dark honey for a smooth, fruity finish.
Solway Golden Rum
40% ABV
A luscious Golden Rum, blended from two separate distillations. The aroma is packed with butterscotch and caramel notes, rushing to get to your taste buds. This vibrant elixir is rich and scrumptious, with a hint of Caribbean spice and a warming creamy vanilla finish.
Sundowner Rum
38% ABV
Aged for over 6 months in ex-bourbon barrels then lightly infused with vanilla, cinnamon, clove, ginger and local honey for a balance of warmth and sweetness.
Single Origin Spiced Rum
41.5% ABV
Aged in English oak this spiced rum has a gentle palate of clove, cinnamon, Yorkshire heather and orange peel which is balanced by a subtle sweetness from local honey & Madagascan vanilla.
Piña Edition Spiced Rum
41.5% ABV
A playful, fruity take on spiced rum with an infusion of whole pineapples and essential oils from the bark for sweetness which is underpinned by the perfect balance of Yorkshire heather, honey, spices and orange peel.
Marauder Cherry Rum
37% ABV
A bold spiced rum aged in oak casks and infused with fruit for a rich taste of spiced red berries & succulent cherries, perfectly balanced with subtle notes of vanilla and almonds with a whisper of oak.
Rum Butter Rum Liqueur
20% ABV
A smooth blend of craft produced golden rum and rich, Cumberland rum butter. With notes of butterscotch and caramel, it's warming, indulgent and utterly delicious.
Spiced Apple Rum
37.5% ABV
Burning Barn rum is blended with apple juice and warming spices for a sweet & juicy apple pie flavour with subtle notes of nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon & caramel.
Morvenna Spiced Rum
40% ABV
One of the few rums to be made from scratch in the UK, Morvenna is much drier than more well-known brands. The spices used are East-Asian aromatic flavours rather than warm Caribbean spices and it’s not overly sweetened with caramel.
Kalkar Coffee Rum
25% ABV
One of our best-sellers, Kalkar Coffee Rum is popular with everyone – not just rum drinkers! It has a very strong coffee flavour followed by a warmth from the rum with just enough sweetness to balance the bitterness of the coffee.
Smoked Rum
40% ABV
A really unique flavour that needs to be tasted to be appreciated! When tried neat it has a very intense smoky flavour reminiscent of a peated whisky but once mixed into a long drink it’s a smooth full flavoured rum with a twist.
Honey Rum Liqueur
29% ABV
Golden Rum from Guyana blended with English Honey – what’s not to like? This is a really popular liqueur in store, sweetness from honey but with a good bite from the rum at the end.
Solway Spiced Rum
40% ABV
The sweeter of our spiced rum ranges, this is very popular with those starting to explore rum for the first time. The spices are warming but not overpowering with just enough sweetness from demerara sugar.

Cuckoo Seaside Vodka

Strawberry Vodka Liqueur

Treacle Toffee Vodka
