This gin is over three years in the making with lots of experimenting in order to create an explosion of flavour without the use of syrups or synthetic flavourings. With three distillations of grapefruit (fresh, dried and homemade oil), pomelo and a dry juniper base this is an incredibly punchy, full flavoured citrus gin.
