Finest quality rum from Guyana

Made with locally sourced, English honey
Our Insights
This normally catches a customer’s eye when they are perusing the rum shelf and they can’t help themselves but ask for a sample. As a team we cannot remember a time we received a bad reaction from this. For us this is a great alternative to a full-strength rum, for sipping neat.
From the Distiller
Coming in at 29% and made of just pure honey and golden rum liqueur from Guyana. You’re going to get a reassuringly alcoholic nose embroidered with the floral scent of British summer, followed by rich peppery notes of the base rum that balance perfectly with English honey.
Perfect serve
At 29% and quite sweet in flavour, this works perfectly on its own over ice. Or for a long drink try with lots of ice, mint leaves and top up with soda for a honey mojito!
Burning Barn
Hampton-in-Arden, Warwickshire
In September 2015, tragedy struck the Jenner family farm when their barn, and family business, was ravaged by fire. Motivated by their family’s determination in the face of adversity and inspired by the fire itself, husband and wife – Harry & Katherine – realised their dream and began to rebuild the barn and start their own craft drinks business.
They created the UK’s first, and only, smoked rum using a blend of Caribbean rums cold smoked with apple wood from the orchard planted by Harry’s father 30 years ago. At the time the fire was a disaster, however, it enabled Katherine & Harry to follow a new path with a new determination. Three years later, they have created an expanding range of unique rums with flavours inspired by the heat of the fire.
