We try our hardest to ensure our products arrive at their destination in the same condition as when we dispatched them. However we do appreciate somewhere along the line mistakes can be made and this may have an impact on how you receive the product.
For damaged or faulty items, please contact us immediately to help us resolve the issue through a replacement product or supporting the return of our goods. We must ask that you do not discard the product in order for us to retain evidence of the fault, and help mitigate the chances of this happening again.
If you wish to return a product in its original conditions we will be happy to refund or replace the product if we are informed within 7 days of receipt. Any product returned must be in its original packaging, and be in resalable condition. Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of the return postage for unwanted items.
