All of the producers we work with hand-craft their products using traditional distilling methods, sustainable practises and local ingredients wherever possible.

Solway Spirits
Apple Caramel Gin (40%) ABV)

Distilled by Andrew Emmerson on the Solway Coast, using quality gin infused with delicious juice apples, sweet caramel and a hint of cinnamon to create a fantastically smooth flavour combination.

Serve Suggestion:
Mix with plenty of ice, top with fizzy apple, ginger ale or lemonade and garish with fresh apple

Sibling Distillery
Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin (38% ABV)

Four siblings distill their molasses based original gin 100% from scratch just outside Cheltenham. They then flavour with fresh berries and a home-made black pepper syrup for a warm twist on a summery fruit flavour.

Serve Suggestion:
Mix with ginger ale or cloudy lemon & top with fresh strawberries or keep it simple with tonic & a basil garnish.

Brindle Distillery
Cuckoo Sunshine Gin (40% ABV)

Honey produced on site at Brindle Farm is distilled with Cuckoo Signature Gin and fresh raspberries for a delicately flavoured, yet complex gin with undertones of lemon, vanilla and almond. It really is sunshine in a glass!
Serve Suggestion:
A surprisingly versatile gin - try with tonic, ginger ale or rose lemonade. Garnish with thyme, lemon peel or raspberries.

Solway Spirits
Raspberry Ripple Gin Liqueur (28% ABV)

This fruity liqueur really does taste like its namesake! With a big initial flavour of raspberry and warmth of gin which mellows for a creamy vanilla aftertaste. It's a great addition to desserts such as Eton Mess and Cheesecake too.

Serve Suggestion:
Can be sipped neat over ice, mixed with soda/tonic water, popped in Prosecco or drizzled over ice-cream!

Sibling Distillery
Cranberry & Clementine Gin (38% ABV)

Despite being a winter edition, this gin is extremely popular year-round, Sibling Original Gin is distilled with fresh cranberries and clementine peel to create a perfectly balanced bitter-sweet wintery flavour.

Serve Suggestion:
Elderflower tonic complements the flavour of this gin nicely but classic tonic, aromatic tonic or ginger ale work well too.

Brindle Distillery
Cuckoo Supernova Gin (44% ABV)

An explosion of citrus flavour comes from the three distillations of grapefruit (fresh, dried and a homemade oil), pomelo and a dry juniper base this is an incredibly punchy, full flavoured citrus gin.

Serve Suggestion:
This is such a perfectly flavoured gin, it really only needs classic tonic and plenty of ice!

Esker Spirits
Valencian Orange Gin (40% ABV)

A delightful fruity gin with Esker Gin's trademark Silver Birch Tree Sap adding a touch of sweetness to balance out the citrus flavour form juicy Valencian oranges.

Serve Suggestion:
Add 50ml gin, 25ml fresh lemon, 10ml sugar syrup & 1 egg white to a shaker. Dry shake, then add ice and shake as hard as you can. Strain into a chilled martini glass and enjoy!
