All of the producers we work with hand-craft their products using traditional distilling methods, sustainable practises and local ingredients wherever possible.

Esker Spirits
Orange & Pomegranate Vodka (40% ABV)

With a beautiful balance of flavours this will transport you to warm, sunny days. The soft pomegranate flavour counters the sharp citrus from Valencian oranges to create a mouth watering vodka.

Serve Suggestion:
Keep it simple by adding to plenty of ice, topping with soda and garnishing with a twirl of orange zest.

Solway Spirits
Treacle Toffee Vodka (37.5% ABV)

A full strength toffee vodka which combines the rich, sweet and slightly bitter/burnt notes of treacle toffee with a kick of vodka to finish.

Serve Suggestion:
Sweet enough to sip neat over ice, but equally enjoyable as a long drink. Mix with plenty of ice and either sparkling apple or ginger ale, garnish with a slice of apple.

Cherry Vodka Liqueur (18.75% ABV)

Real cherries are blended with triple distilled vodka to create a sweet liqueur with a heavy hit of fruity flavour, there's just enough alcohol to warm without being over-powering.

Serve Suggestion:
Perfect for sipping on it's own but can be enjoyed as a longer drink with soda water or prosecco!

Sea Salt Caramel Vodka Liqueur (30% ABV)

The smooth caramel is complemented by the sea salt to give this vodka a distinctive flavour. Smooth & sweet with just enough salt to tingle the tastebuds.
Serve Suggestion:
Can be enjoyed on it's own over ice, or mix with a tonic water, lemonade, or prosecco. Try garnishing with banana for a banoffee twist!

Cuckoo Scrumpy Vodka (40% ABV)

A fun and sustainable play on the traditional rough cider, making use of unwanted apples and pears from our Farm. It has a refreshing flavour with a citrusy sharpness, balanced by a slight sweetness from the pears.

Serve Suggestion:
Try as a long drink with plenty of ice, lemonade and a slice of fresh apple or mix up into an appletini!

Scottish Raspberry Vodka (40% ABV)

An ultra smooth vodka base, enhanced by Esker’s trademark silver birch tree sap, with the delightful addition of sweet, juicy Scottish raspberries.
Serve Suggestion:
Add to a glass filled with ice and top with either cloudy lemonade or ginger ale.
Also makes a fantastic French Martini
