All of the producers we work with hand-craft their products using traditional distilling methods, sustainable practises and local ingredients wherever possible.

Cask Strength, Single Malt, Whisky (55.2% ABV)

This whisky is completely unique to Kindred Spirits coming from a single cask at St. George's Distillery, it's exceptionally smooth with a complex palate with hints of woody spices, berries and vanilla.

Serve Suggestion:
Neat, with water or ice – we don't judge. You may want a touch more water than usual to bring it closer to bottled ABV of 40%

Cask Strength, Single Malt, Peated Whisky (55.2% ABV)

Despite being cask strength, this whisky has rich flavours at the forefront which linger long after the last sip. Bottled from a single cask, it has a strong but slightly sweet peat flavour with underlying hints of dark fruits and a long, spicy, dry finish.

Serve Suggestion:
However you drink your whisky is fine with us, although we wouldn't recommend mixing this one with coke!

Raisthorpe Manor
Sloe Gold Whisky Liqueur (27.7% ABV)

A unique flavour with a high concentration of sloes to whisky. There's a prominent taste of aromatic cherry from the sloes with a smokiness from the whisky.

Serve Suggestion:
Great as an after dinner digestif or as a warming tipple in a hip flask. If you prefer a longer drink, try mixing with Ginger Ale.

Norfolk PX (20% ABV)

A delicious marry of the finest Perdo Ximenez sherry blended and aged with single malt English whisky. The result is a beautifully rich fortified wine with Christmas pudding notes.

Serve Suggestion:
Enjoy over ice or mix with ginger ale for a longer drink.
Try using PX to soak some raisins and pour them over vanilla ice cream for a boozy treat!

Pocketful of Stones
Hell's Stone Whisky (40% ABV)

An innovative Cornish whisky distilled from craft beer instead of a traditional mash. The end product has caramel and honeyed grains on the nose and a smooth, fresh palate with vanilla and almond undertones.

Serve Suggestion:
In a nice tumbler on it's own, with ice or a splash of water - however you like it!

Herbidean Liqueurs
Lakeland Whisky Liqueur (20% ABV)

A wonderfully sweet liqueur with an initial hit of caramel and butterscotch followed by a slightly smoky flavour of whisky without the harsh alcohol flavour. Loved by staff & customers whether they’re whisky fans or not!

Serve Suggestion:
This sweet liqueur is perfect for sipping with a few ice cubes, also great for an indulgent drizzle over pancakes!
