Distillers tasting note

Fantastic in a classic G&T, but Esker's "Valencian Lassie" is well worth the effort - Add 50ml gin, 25ml fresh lemon, 10ml sugar syrup and 1 egg white to shaker. Dry shake first, then add ice and shake as hard as you can! Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with orange peel & enjoy.
